From August 8th to August 21st 2023, an artmoney exhibition will take place in gallery De Kleine Toonzaal. There is room for 24 artists with 10 artmoney. The participation fee is €95.
You can register until May 1st, 2023. You will hear before May 14th whether you can participate.

regulation
- The artmoney exhibition will take place from August 8th to August 21st 2023 in gallery De Kleine Toonzaal.
- De Kleine Toonzaal is open from Monday to Saturday from 13:00 to 17:00 (closed on Tuesdays).
- The opening is on Saturday, August 12th, 2023 at 3 p.m.
- The exhibition will display 10 copies of artmoney from each artist.
- The artmoney is priced €27 each.
- The participation fee is €95.
- Because only 24 artists can participate, we are forced to ballot the work.
- Registration is only possible until May 1st, 2023. It will be announced before May 14th whether the artmoney artist can participate.
- If, after ballot, you are invited to participate, you will receive an invoice with the exhibition costs.
- Registration is not complete until the exhibition costs have been received by de kleine toonzaal. Participation is only possible if the exhibition costs have been transferred to our account before May 31st 2023..
- The exhibitor is entirely responsible for damage and/or loss of his/her works during shipment.
- The artmoney must be in the gallery before June 30th, 2023. If the work is not present on this date, the work cannot be exhibited. No money will be returned if the artmoney arrives after June 30th 2023.
-The exhibitor is expected to have good quality artmoney. Wooden artmoney may not contain woodworm. Any defects are the responsibility of the exhibitor, even if the artmoney has been sold. The guarantee is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- If artmoney has been sold at the exhibition, the small showroom will transfer the amount to the artist's bank account as stated above within 31 days.
- The exhibitor gives De Kleine Toonzaal permission to use photos of the artmoney for promotional purposes of this exhibition and gives permission that these may be placed on the website www.dekleinetoonzaal.nl and on social media as well as by various newspapers, magazines and sites for the promotion of this exhibition. No compensation is due to the exhibitor for the use of the photos. The photos will not be used for any other purpose. The small showroom is not responsible for the actions of newspapers, magazines and sites that have received the photos because of these PR activities.
- The exhibitor gives permission that the photos that give an impression of the exhibition may be used on the website www.dekleinetoonzaal.nl, for a promotional film and on the social media of De Kleine Toonzaal even after the exhibition has ended. No compensation is due to the exhibitor for the use of the photos. The small showroom will mention the name of the exhibitor/artist with the photos.
- The exhibitor gives permission for his/her name to be mentioned on the website in the list of artists who have exhibited at the small showroom. A photo of the poster will be shown and his/her website will be mentioned. No compensation is due to the exhibitor for the use of the photo on the poster.
- The invitation for the exhibition is sent to the exhibitor by e-mail, so that the exhibitor can then forward the invitation to his own relations.
- The PR is provided by De Kleine Toonzaal and will consist of sending press releases and registering with various sites.
- The unsold artmoney will be returned within 31 days.
- The unsold artmoney will be returned in the packaging with which the work was sent, no extra costs will be charged for this.
- For returning 3D artmoney up to 10 kilograms in total, €10,- will be charged extra. For 3D artmoney in total heavier than 10 kilograms, €50,- extra will be charged. weight of the total artmoney package. If, after registration, it appears that the total package of artmoney is heavier than specified, the exhibitor will still owe the correct shipping amount.
